Platform Usage Terms

General Conditions

By entering or using GlobalOrven, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. They govern your access to the website, available services, features, tools and other platform components. Any activity on the platform, including browsing, creating an account, submitting information or using available functions, is considered acceptance of these conditions.

Use of GlobalOrven is also subject to the Privacy Policy and other applicable notices. These documents may change periodically, so users should review them regularly to remain informed about current requirements.

Content Ownership and Permitted Use

The materials presented through GlobalOrven, including text, graphics, images, videos, layouts, software and other digital elements, are protected by intellectual property rights. These materials are owned by GlobalOrven or made available under appropriate licenses.

Access does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted usage rights. Users may view and use platform materials for personal purposes only. Reproducing, copying, publishing, selling, altering, redistributing or displaying protected material without written authorization is prohibited. Users may not employ automated programs, scraping tools, bots or similar systems to extract information or interact with platform infrastructure. Circumventing security controls, disrupting services or attempting unauthorized access is also prohibited.

Access and Service Conditions

GlobalOrven may offer access through prepaid plans with different subscription periods, including monthly, quarterly or annual arrangements. Subscription access begins after the applicable payment has been completed.

Once activated, subscriptions are generally considered final and cannot be suspended, canceled or refunded except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Platform availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults, network interruptions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. GlobalOrven does not promise continuous or error-free operation and may introduce changes to its services or Terms when appropriate.

Information and Professional Disclaimer

GlobalOrven is not a provider of financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Information presented through the platform is provided for general informational purposes, and users remain responsible for assessing information before acting upon it.

Services and content are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees concerning uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability for individual circumstances. Users should exercise care when submitting personal, financial or otherwise sensitive information.

Payments and Subscription Rules

Payment is required before subscription access becomes available. Plans remain active for their stated duration and are subject to the conditions presented at the time of purchase. Unless required by applicable law, activated subscriptions are not eligible for cancellation, refunds or partial repayment.

Users are responsible for reviewing plan details and managing their access appropriately. Payment or account questions can be directed to GlobalOrven through the designated support channel.

Responsibility and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalOrven and its associated parties are not responsible for losses, damages or other consequences connected with platform access or use. This may include losses related to technical interruptions, inaccurate information, unauthorized activity or unavailable services.

Users are responsible for determining whether their use of GlobalOrven is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to their location.

User Obligations

Users are responsible for their own activity on the platform and agree not to misuse its services or violate these Terms. Where a user's actions result in legitimate claims, losses or expenses, the user may be responsible for the resulting consequences. Users may encounter information, services or materials supplied by third parties. GlobalOrven does not necessarily control or endorse such external content, and users should evaluate it independently.

Changes to These Terms

GlobalOrven may revise these Terms, introduce new conditions or change available platform functions when required. Updated versions may be published through the platform, and continued use following an update may constitute acceptance of the revised conditions. Services or individual features may also be changed, temporarily suspended or discontinued where necessary.

Validity of Individual Provisions

If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or adjusted to the extent necessary while the remaining Terms continue to apply. If GlobalOrven does not immediately enforce a particular right or condition, this does not mean that the right has been permanently surrendered or cannot be enforced later.

Account Funds

GlobalOrven follows defined procedures for handling deposits and withdrawals across user accounts. Funds must be provided through a personal payment source registered under the same name as the account holder and located within their stated country of residence. Where necessary, additional checks may be carried out to validate ownership and confirm the origin of deposited funds.

Accounts that show no activity for three consecutive months may be subject to a monthly balance adjustment of ten percent. This reduction continues each month while the account remains inactive. Users should maintain appropriate account activity if they wish to avoid this charge.

Withdrawals are typically returned through the original funding channel and processed in the corresponding currency. Supported options may include bank accounts, payment cards and eligible digital wallets. Different payout methods may be considered following additional verification and approval. GlobalOrven may request identification or supporting records before completing a withdrawal, while processing periods and potential charges vary according to the selected payment provider.

Handling Disputes

Any disagreement connected to this Agreement should initially be addressed through direct discussion, with both parties making a reasonable effort to settle the matter without formal proceedings. If those discussions do not result in a satisfactory outcome, the dispute may be referred to confidential arbitration in accordance with the relevant ICC ADR framework. The proceedings will be conducted by one arbitrator, in English, with the venue being Saint Vincent and the Grenadines unless both parties agree on an alternative location. The arbitrator’s ruling will be conclusive and binding upon the parties. Arbitration will serve as the primary and exclusive process for resolving disputes covered by this Agreement.

Keeping Your Account Safe

Protecting account credentials is the responsibility of each user. Passwords, login information and other security details should be kept private and protected from unauthorized access. GlobalOrven will not be responsible for activity, unauthorized use or losses arising from credentials that have been exposed, shared or otherwise insufficiently protected by the account holder.

Providing Correct Information

Users must provide genuine, complete and current information when opening an account and should update those details whenever necessary. If an account is established for a company, organization or another legal entity, the person creating the account confirms that they possess the appropriate authority to represent that entity and accept these Terms on its behalf.

Privacy and Customer Complaints

GlobalOrven handles personal information according to the standards described in its Privacy Policy. Questions, complaints or concerns regarding the platform may be submitted through the designated complaints channel at complaints@globalorven.com, where each matter can be assessed and handled through the appropriate process.
